Dr. Olivia's care is rooted in the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) approach. PRI predominantly focuses care around human asymmetries and common patterns that result from them.

During your visit, Dr. Olivia will perform a set of objective tests, offer manual restorative techniques, and teach breathing drills for you to do on your own.

Dr. Olivia pulls inspiration from other approaches of care such as Functional Range Systems and Craniosacral Therapy.

Do you offer adjustments?

Chiropractors are well known for "popping" or "cracking" joints, also known as in adjusting. However, Dr. Olivia has found that by incorporating a variety of manual and non-manual PRI techniques, adjustments are not always clinically indicated. That's not to say that adjustments are a bad tool, just that they're not Dr. Olivia's starting point for care.

Establishing care at Livaloha Wellness is an investment in your health. Each visit is thorough, driven by a 3-phase management plan, tailored to the goals we set together. The length of ongoing care is based on your consistency to the management plan and the response of your body. Everyone is different!
